Support for school based staff who are regularly faced with the challenges and complexities of their pupils/students. A small group of teaching and/or support staff learn from each other as they develop their reflective thinking skills and enhance the quality of their interactions with their pupils/students.
This group incorporates mindfulness and mentalisation techniques to develop reflective thinking as well as promoting self-care of the participants.
Individual consultations with staff who work with challenging and complex pupils/students. The experienced therapist will provide support and guidance on individual cases as well as support the self-careof the supervisee.
